Processing and Dispatch Times

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us at info@simonet.com.mx within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date.
We will open a claim with the carrier and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before confirming your order.
International Shipping
